Hayat Al Mushcab, Ph.D., is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in research, strategy, public health, and operations management. Since 2020, Dr. Al Mushcab has served as a member of the Research Ethics Committee at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Dr Al Mushcab has held several key positions since 2017 at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. She started as a Risk Management Specialist, monitoring the event reporting system and ensuring timely resolution of reported incidents. From 2017 to 2022, she was a Clinical Research Advisor, leading research initiatives within the hospital and providing advisory services to physicians. In 2020, Dr. Al Mushcab took on the role of Health Promotion Advisor, applying her knowledge of population health management strategies and assisting in community and situational assessments. Most recently, in 2022, Dr. Al Mushcab was promoted to Research Office Manager at Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. In this role, she develops and executes research and innovation roadmaps, oversees all aspects of research programs and experiences, and evaluates the benefits and impact of new technologies and healthcare advancements. Dr. Al Mushcab holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Life & Health Sciences from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland, which she obtained in 2016. Her impressive academic and professional background has made her a valuable asset in the healthcare and academia.
